Thank
you for visiting our website. We welcome our regular
and new guests to our Wilderness Camping Site. We offer
large, spacious areas for your tents or travel trailers.
All of our sites have their own campfire, rings and
picnic tables.

WILDERNESS
CAMPING SITES
We
have 9 wilderness sites and 8 of them are located on
the banks of the Pleasant River.
Our Camping
Sites are opened from the middle of May until the end
of Hunting Season in November.

FISHING
You
will find some of the best native Trout fishing in the
Spring and over the Summer months. We also have Bass
fishing that is second to none in the area.
In
the Fall, you can see the famous Maine Land Locked Salmon
migrating up the river to spawn.

OUTDOOR
RECREATION
If
you like to explore, we are on the Gateway to Mt. Katahdin
and Baxter State Park. The area around Brownville has
access to many lakes and streams. Once here, you will
find that we have many activities such as Whitewater
Rafting on the West Branch of the Penobscot River or
maybe Canoeing, Kayaking, Hiking and breathtaking Fall
Foliage viewing. If you like company, you will find
that Deer and Moose frequent our Camping Sites. Moose
are seen on a daily basis walking through the area.

HUNTING
When you join us for
the Hunting Season, you will find that the game is
plentiful in the area. The Brownville area has several
Registered Maine Guides available to make your hunting
trip most enjoyable.

DIRECTIONS
If you are looking
for us on the map, we are North of Milo and just 2
miles North of Brownville Junction.
When you are coming
by car from Southern Maine, take I95 North to Augusta
to the Newport Exit which is Exit 157. From there
you get on Route 7 into Dover, from there you get
on Route 16 into Milo, there you get on Route 11 right
to Brownville. We are on Route 11, 2 miles North on
the left hand side of the road.
