Welcome you to the updated and refurnished Lake George Motor Lodge and RV Park.
The motel is under new ownership and we will strive to make your stay with us one that you will remember and keep coming back year after year! If you are a potential new visitor, we are located on Route 2 in Canaan, Maine. Our Front Office is opened at 7 a.m. until 10 p.m., Seven days a week. The motel now has 8 rooms and 4 of the rooms have refrigerators and a microwave for your convenience.

Some of the changes that we have made is that we now have a Free Continental Breakfast to all of our Guests. This is in the Main Lobby of the motel. On those rainy days we have Cable TV in all rooms with access to 72 channel. Our rooms are also handicapped accessible.

We also have a horseshoe area and playground for the young and young at heart! We have big lawn to start a game of football or soccer too.

For our Summer guests who enjoy the outdoors, our motel is less than 300 feet from our entrance of Lake George State Park. While you are visiting the park, you can enjoy their picnic area, beach, boat launch and walking trails. Two miles East of us is another lake, Sibley Pond, with beaches, picnic areas and a restaurant that serves small meals or take out. They also have a boat launch area. Also in the Summer months, Eaton Mountain Ski Area is the host to Dirt Bike Races and ATV Races several times during the Summer. The well known Eaton Mountain Ski Area is less than 2 miles West of our motel. Another one of Maine's Summer traditions is in August is one of the oldest State Fairs in the city of Skowhegan, which is only 7 miles to our West.

For those of you who enjoy the great brisk winter days in Maine, the Eaton Mountain Ski Area is just 2 miles from our front door. In addition, to the Ski Area, Maine has some of the best Snowmobile Trails in the Northeast. The Snowmobile enthusiast can leave from our front door and you are on Maine I.T.S Trail 84, this trail runs into I.T.S. Trail 87. Once you're on this trail, you'll have great riding all through Northern Maine and into Canada.

Now that we are opened 12 months a year, you will want to make us a must whenever you plan your vacations. Once you stay with us, we know you will be a life long friend and customer. So please stop by and say hello whenever you are in the area!
