Our Service & Repair Center will renew your drysuit and replace your gaskets in time for the Dead or Canyon trip. The winter shop is your trailside oasis for special parts delivery or overnight repairs to get you back on the trails.
An adventure you’re sure to love! It doesn’t matter who you are, all folks can drive our ATVs. It’s just like driving a small, open SUV– but it’s the coolest thing you can imagine. With a key start and automatic transmission, you need only keep your eyes on the trail and the awesome scenery. The terrain varies from old dirt roads to designated trails. All ATV tours with North American Outdoor Adventure are led by licensed Maine Guides. We are conscious of the fragile environment of the North Woods; guides locate great overlooks and trails without damaging wetlands or causing adverse environmental impacts.
Why ATV? There is so much more to ATV rides than merely adventure. It’s not just about “getting” there but once you are “there”, the views are breathtaking. You will see wildlife (deer, moose, coyote, rabbit) up close and travel into forests, so pristine they are actually named Enchanted. You will ride on mountain ridges that have some of the highest trail elevations in the State of Maine. The views can range over a hundred miles in every direction with mountains, lakes, streams and ponds that make up the last true wilderness in the East. It’s purely an adrenaline rush to drive your own all terrain vehicle and discover the indescribable beauty of Northern Maine. But it’s even better when you come back and tell your friends about the unbelievable things you rode through and saw. No one else will ever know how spectacular Maine’s wilderness really is…that is…unless you come with us.
