On the front of the cottage there is a nice porch overlooking the Sebasticook River. Plus, we are only a short distance from the Belgrade Lakes Region.

Our fishing season opens with mostly trolling at ice-out, usually the first week of May. Spring fishing can be fast at this time of year and many plan yearly trips to the area at this time. This is the time when we troll smelt pattern streamers. Fishing doesn't get any better than this!

The Sebasticook River, which runs just a few yards from the front door, has excellent Bass in the 3-5 lb. range.

If you prefer to fish on some of the many lakes in the area, you will find Brown Trout, Brook Trout, Lake Trout (Togue), Salmon, Perch and Bass.

In the Fall, Central Maine is well known to have excellent Hunting. Trophy Deer is common in the area, you will find the area also offers Ducks, Turkeys and other Small Game.

The Maine winter months have well known for having great Snowmobile trails and one of the main ITS trails runs in the area of our cottage.

Our cottage is 3 to 5 miles from many fine restaurants, movie theaters, 3 golf courses and a fun park and miniature golf course that the kids in your party will enjoy and be safe. We have everything for the entire family, your children will want to return year after year!
